The whole process went very smoothly. The rep was friendly and informative and the fitters were polite and very professional. We are delighted with our new windows, so much so that we've already had safestyle back to replace our patio doors. They may be a little more expensive than smaller companies but I believe you get what you pay for and the quality and workmanship is second to none. We would have no hesitation in referring them to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future.
