The salesman was well informed about what uPVC replacement window I required when he visited my home in early March, and after months of lockdown I was contacted from head office, and the ordering and survey process was well handled. The window was installed with attention to detail, and left no marks or damage on my newly painted walls. I am delighted with the window which opens out more smoothly than my previous one.
