Horrendous quality and service
I had a front door supplied and fitted by safestyle, a couple of months later the door split from the corner of a window frame in the panel. I called up- waited over 45mins to speak to an advisor and was asked to provide pictures so that an engineer could be ‘sent out with the correct panel’, I sent pictures and the advisor reviewed the pictures and booked an engineers to come out although it was a 3 week wait from this conversation on the 3rd July until an engineer came out on the 22nd July. He turned up with a camera to take a picture of the door- as I already had and said someone would contact me. The engineer had no idea why he had been sent to take further pictures of the crack that I had already sent in, this was a complete waste of time for everybody involved.
It is now 3weeks later, nobody ever followed up or arranged an engineer to fit a replacement panel. I have tried to call again since and sat in a queue for 45minutes each time before disconnecting. The quality of customer service is disgraceful and after care is non-existent.
I would not recommend Safestyle at all, in fact I would actively dissuade people from using them.
