We put a deposit on window 30th July. The window was booked in for Monday 21st to be fitted, I’ve just been called to be told it’s been cancelled due to restricted access as the window is in a cellar. There are steps to the cellar and neither the salesman or surveyor said there was any issue. To decide a few days before a fit date is an absolute joke.
