We had new windows installed throughout (15 in total, including a bow bay and a box bay window). 10/10 on the fit and finish. The installers were great. They'd been in the trade a number of years and clearly very experienced. They did a really tidy job and cleaned up after themselves. Any difficulties / decision points were well communicated and accommodated for without any fuss. Overall very pleased with the final product. Smaller niggles (hence dropping a star) were encountered earlier in the interactions with Safestyle, but these were minor & workable: 1. the survey team contradicted the sales team on a couple of points. 2. when the overall price / spec moved based on the above, it caused a little confusion and as a result I had to call customer service for clarity (and even then it wasn't 100% clear on why I needed some additional fitting supplies). Despite the above, it really wasn't worth losing sleep over. What I care about is the final product .. and it's excellent. Would recommend.
