Purchased Timberland pro workboots for my son. He has Timberland size 9.5 so I ordered a 10. The boots came up very large so I contacted a staff member called Liam who measured the boots and emailed the length to me. I have returned the 10 and ordered a size 9 which arrived today and fit great. This company are excellent for price but the customer service from Liam was 10 out of 10. I would recommend and will use this company again.
