Ordering was simple, I would say I over estimated, should have gone for alot less than what I ordered, it arrived very quickly but on 2 separate days, would have been preferable if it arrived on the same day, it's quite compressed so takes abit of shovelling out to get it out of the bags, easy to spread out, I would also advise you sift through it, found a few twigs and cable ties, all in all good value for money and has made my kids play area safe, 4/5 will see how it withstands northern weather.
