I have tried four plans of which only one worked. The countries involved were Botswana, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Montenegro. Saily only worked in Botswana. I had a long troubleshooting chat in Zimbabwe, which involved many screen shots, much adjusting of the settings on my phone, and did not solve the problem.
To be fair when I got home and complained the plan charges were refunded.
I cannot recommend this app so suggest you steer clear and try an alternative.
