I ordered 10 boxes of Eley Tenex 22 LR, but was accidentally sent 10 boxes of Eley Team ammo. When I emailed them about the mistake, they apologized and within an HOUR, they had placed the correct order in the mail. They told me there was no reason to return the Team ammo, and said I should keep them. Now THIS is customer service! I will be ordering from them again.
