The process was easy. The site showed the item I needed. When I went to check out there was no drama. The item was in fact in stock. The cost and shipping were reasonable, and shipping was prompt. In this day and time it was refreshing not to be told after placing an order that the item was not in stock, your card charged, and you were placed on a back-order list.
