I recently purchased eight "cases" of 12 gauge shotgun shells to include free shipping. I have found that when buying something (from any retailer) and free shipping is offered, that the seller will choose the slowest, most inexpensive, shipping option available and that it can take upwards of a week to ten days before arrival. However, this order was placed on a Sunday and at my doorstep on Thursday. When Fed Ex sent an email notifying me of the shipments arrival date I thought that it was a misprint. One may think that the cost of the shells was so high that it made up for the free shipping. That would make sense, but not in this case. The price was very competitive. Literally cents a box more than the next guy who charged shipping. I don't know what it costs to ship nearly 100 pounds of shotgun shells but I feel that I got a great deal.
