Got an FN 509 Tactical from them. Everything went smooth, and they made it super easy to transfer to my FFL. Communication lacked a little. I sent an email asking about the status of my order after about 8 days of hearing nothing. I got response to my email, but a day later I got a shipping and tracking number.
