The prices are good, shipping times are ok, they have a variety of payment options which is the main reason I shop here, and I like the points/rewards system. My main complaint is a lack of communication. The first communication after purchase shouldn’t be 10 days later when my FFL is contacting me letting me know my item is ready for pick up. I should be getting updates on my order directly from the shipper.
