Had a bit of a hiccup on the order i got for an RMR. Small slip with the customer support rep, but in the end, i got the rmr in a timely fashion. Will continue to do business in the future! To be clear i am rating customer service low, but the company high. And in this case it was a specific customer service rep that didnt do her job correctly. But in the end the company made it right.
