I would give zero stars, but it is not an option. This company knowingly participated in a fraudulent transaction using my credit card without my knowledge or consent following a hack of shopify. I was notified of the card's use immediately after the internet sale and I emailed, chatted and called this company to alert them of the fraud and attempt to stop the sale from going through. They basically refused to stop the transaction. I know that I will not be responsiblke for the charges since it was fraud, but I attempted to save them from being out merch without payment since I know the fraud claim will prevent them from being paid.
