Worst Customer Experience, Order Not Fulfilled
This has been by far the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I made numerous attempts to reach out to Saint Barb's regarding an order that was never fulfilled, but all my efforts have been in vain. I feel completely ignored and now it seems like I’ve been robbed of my money. I’ve reached out several times through different channels, but have received no response. I’m incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service and support. I would highly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. If i can rated it a zero I would but this has been my first bad experience with them out of 4 orders.
