Placed an order with Sales Direct Online, unfortunately the wrong package arrived, however as soon as I contacted the company they responded immediately, dispatched another order & advised to keep or donate my original delivery so that I didn’t have the problem of organising a return.
It would be great if all companies adopted this no nonsense attitude & looked after their customers from start to finish.
Well done Sales Direct Online, keep doing what your doing, I would recommend your company to everyone & will continue to shop with yourselves again 👏🏻
