Refund not being given despite no boots received
I ordered hiking boots early June and paid £16 for delivery within 2 days. The boots did not arrive even after 3 days, following which I went on holiday. I have not received the boots and customer service is terrible, initially saying I needed to wait until they received the boots (which they are clearly not chasing if the boots are still with UPS), and now they do not respond to emails. £120 out of pocket and no sign of any refund a month later..
