Today I placed an order. I was trying to register as a customer to get free shipping, rather than paying $10. The online registration does not work. I tried a million times. So I open up a chat window with customer support. The agent "Alcides" did not understand my messages. After explaining the same thing like three times he got it and suggested that I used a different browser, which I did. Same problem.
So he asked me to go through the hassle of emailing him a screenshot of the error. I kindly explained to him that it was a generic error, no code, no nothing. Just a "Ooops, somthing went wrong, try again later".
He was not cooperative. He refused to reimburse for the shipping cost. He was not nice.
No wonder why the have such a bad online reputation.
