Never again! My experience with Salomon was appalling. I ordered skis and ski boots in December, and I urge you not to trust Salomon's delivery promises. I paid for express delivery, yet Salomon completely failed to deliver on time—the delivery company was fast, mind you. Unfortunately, I had to go on my vacation without the skis and ended up incurring rental expenses. To make matters worse, when I called Salomon's call center, I was blatantly lied to; they claimed my order had left the warehouse, which was proven false just days later during another call. Anyway. Lots of frustration, failed delivery promises, spoiled vacation, additional expenses and lots of e-mails and calls. Never again
