Seems my experience was typical, hiking boots are lethally slippy, to the point I am terrified to wear them as I have fallen a couple of times.
Customer service experience - the same as most by the looks of things- terrible customer service. Spent and wasted over £100 , terrible boots , terrible customer service who don’t want to know - pitiful offer of a discount on new boots from them (like I am that stupid).
