Unfortunately, my product arrived damaged in the post, despite good packaging and so it had to be returned. My rating is based on the quick response from salonwholesale who kept in touch and refunded my purchase as the product was no longer available. Royal Mail on the other hand - provided a very poor delivery service, late delivery and damaged goods. The delay was made worse by the postie asking me whether I wanted to accept the parcel before he returned it. I thought it was a joke as they had put the parcel it into another bag and the bag was full of shampoo.
