The 2 stars are for the prompt reply for shipping status. Ordered online the Andis USpro lithium Ion hair clipper on the 16th May 2022 and received it on 16 June 2022 because I am in NZ. Plugged in and charged the clipper. Started using on 21st June 2022 and on 25th June 2022 it just won’t turn on or charge. Now it’s sitting back in the box as good as rubbish. Have sent an email to Salon wholesale but to date has no reply. I am very unhappy and gobsmacked over Andis and Salon Warehouse that doesn’t seem to be a fly-by-night company. Theresa , New Zealand.
