My purchase HAS NOT arrived 23 days after it was confirmed to be dispatched. I will be requesting a refund.
Update:
To the credit of the company I received a no-quibble refund. I live in New Zealand and the products did eventually arrive after a few months but I had already repurchased them elsewhere. I cannot be sure where the problem lies - it is likely to be outside the control of Salon Wholesale, so this should not necesarily reflect poorly on them.
