I always shop here with confidence as I know the product and service is top notch. As busy as our shop is my wife had me do the ordering again and this time I completely failed when I purchased a case of wrong product. The staff was very helpful & knowledgeable and assisted right away with a return, however a snag in completing the form for USA hindered progress. I emailed the staff and they corrected this immediately but, my wife opened the case and a guest noticed it and wanted it. The high quality of items sold sell very quickly at a great price point for professional products. Needless to say we no longer needed a return but instead ordered more.
