My order was misplaced ( likely some courier has slick-looking hair somewhere) and after a slow pick up on the issue, I've got to say Danielle from Salon Wholesale has gone above and beyond to sort and remedy the issue. It's fair to say my negative initial feedback was unjustified- in a time when businesses are reliant on online sales, we have to take into account the multiple cogs in the process of getting them to our doors- once again thank you, Danielle, for your efforts in sorting this situation.
