I provided the following feedback to the seller. They apologised and offered a full refund which was appreciated. They also said they had rectified all the issues I raised. It is rare to see sellers making the effort to ensure customer satisfaction, and I reckon they should be supported for their efforts in making things right for customers. Original feedback: [The origin of the seller was not transparent during ordering. It took 12 days for the goods to arrive - way too long. I would not have ordered if I had known you were in UK. Also, tracking should be available without having to sign up for an account.]
