I ordered from them and paid extra for federal express and the product was not delivered . I also immediately filed a federal express loss package and contacted the company opening a ticket with them. with no response I called them where i was belittled and talked to like a 5th grader when ask to speak with manager she hung up. when i called back pick and hang up. They refused to give back my money or replace product. non of which will be done
