Terrible experience,
I ordered a big double basin. Website said 2-3 day delivery and waited for more than a week. Builders were already at home, so I gave them a call, they did not even process my order and actually they told me that they had only one in stock and I had to wait one more day so they could check the quality of the unit.
That's was the service after paying £1000.
