This is the most horrific customer service I have experienced in years. I ordered Dolly Parton Christmas merchandise in early November. They did not ship it till nearly two months later. After Christmas! This resulted in extra custom fees, because of Brexit.
Sandbag's response: a 20% discount voucher for a new purchase. Valid for one month... And being confronted with the custom charges because of the delay, they refuse to take any blame. This is outrageous
