Though my parcel was delivered really quickly, thankyou, it was a straw hat packaged in just a plastic bag so arrived completely bent and dented out of a shape I’m still trying to get it back to.
The straw has also splintered slightly.
Overall not very happy and doubt I’ll wear the hat as it’s struggling to reshape.
