Love this store… such an easy online experience as well.. DPD lost my parcel, no fault of store, and it was rectified immediately on speaking to Sanderson’s customer service, I was so surprised because my call was answered almost immediately and a lovely customer service person assured me it would be sorted and just like that it was!!!! Something you don’t experience anymore. So pleased with my purchase I will definitely be using Sanderson’s again. Thank you 🙏
