A very efficient service. I placed my order for collection from the store. I received a message within a couple of hours to say it was ready. When I arrived, it was all wrapped and presented beautifully. I wish they had opened it to show me instore but I checked it when I got home , it’s for an 18th birthday gift, the inner box was a little scuffed but I popped a bow on top to cover ( hence 1 less star) but it doesn’t take away from how beautifully it was wrapped and presented, hoe efficent the service was, how lovely the store staff are. I will be shopping here again for sure!
