I ordered a raincoat from the store online. DPD delivered to another address despite ahving said they'd delivered to my address. Nicole Burgin was absolutely on the case and kept me fully informed throughout and my raincoat arrived the following morning. I'm delighted with the item - but equally impressed, if not moreso, by Nicole's exceptional customer support.
