Disappointed that I wasn’t informed that I could return an item with a returns label, as the item was a decent amount that was frustrating that i couldn’t have a full refund and i posted it back to store to tell me i would have to pay to get it posted back to me as my 2 week window of returned had lapsed which was another surprise as usually it’s 4 weeks so very disappointing
