I ordered some Barbour slippers from Sandersons online shop. A parcel arrived containing a designer headband. I was told after prompting that my order was sent elsewhere. After sending the headband back it took weeks before they told me I wasn’t going to get the slippers. Considering that they are a online store this is ridiculous.
