Definitely NOT true to size. Ordered XL which would fit 16/18 at a push.
No where near 20/22.
Having to pay return costs as well as delivery costs is bad customer service.
Please ensure your sizes are correct before sending to customers. It says XL on label and garment but sizewise is defintely not suitable for a 20/22 size person. Narrow across the back and so tight. Not happy at all.
ONE star is for poor quality and mis sizing.
