There were several aspects of the ordering process that were cumbersome, from lack of explanation of some of your products to how to put together the sign. I called and asked for a call-back. Never got one. Called instead and waited on the line, and finally talked to someone who knew her material somewhat. Then later when I was working on my design I had questions and I called and waited on the line at length, and finally got hung up on. I sure hope the sign I ordered is what I think I ordered
