Recently enquired about a car loan- should be fairly straightforward. They lost the first application even though some documents were returned. Lost the second application. Third application made by email- took several days for a response! Eventually, into the 5th week, acquired requested loan!! The company states in its answerphone that a decision can be made in 5 minutes- really? Not good enough for an organisation of this apparent reputation.
