Customer service is excellent. When I inquired by email about the product, they responded promptly over the weekend with answers. When there was a mixup in the shipping option in the order confirmation, I called and it was promptly resolved. The shipment of three PM11 volt-ohm meters arrived two days ahead of schedule in good shape. All three meters measured exactly the same AC voltage which gave me confidence that the calibrations were correct. I know that there are other sources offering the PM11 for less money but it's unclear how reliable they are. The customer service I received made it worthwhile.
