We received an order of three multimeters on-time and they are as good as promised. Checking all three, they were in close agreement for voltage readings. I was impressed that Sanwa promptly answered a question e-mailed over the weekend which helped confirm my decision to buy. Other vendors have offered Sanwa products on e-bay direct shipped from Japan for reduced prices; however, the shipping costs vary widely and I'm not confident that these products are legitimate for U.S. sale.
