During an event at Fenwick Newcastle, I was given a free half an hour consultation by a Sarah Chapman representative. After evaluating my needs and my skin, I was advised the facial cleanser and serum that were supposed to suit me the most. I also got free testers. I used both the cleanser and the serum once a day for less than a week. After a couple of days I noticed some itchiness, then overnight my skin was covered in red spots and pimples. I stopped using them immediately after that and went back to get a full refund. Also gave the free testers back. Can't believe such an expensive and well known brand can cause these reactions. God knows how long it'll take for my skin to go back to normal. Stay away
