Superb service from Sarah chapman . Delivery was first class . I tried the spot stickers which worked very well. Impressed so far. I started taking the supplements so it's a wait and see. What I have noticed so far my skin felt smooth and soft and j did appear to sleep very well where I normally don't. I have a poor sleeping pattern but after taking these supplements 20 minutes later I was drifting of to sleep. Can't wait to see the full results by the end of the month. Early indications are very good. So thank you for a good sleep and soft skin
