Always delivered very promptly, I have a sensitive skin and none od Sarah cremes or face wash causes any oroblems. Having said that for the price of most of the products I expected some visual iprovrments. Sadly apart from nice smell and texture no signs of any reduction in wrinkles sagging or brown spots
