Firstly the website. It's easy to navigate, love that it has videos as well as written descriptions.
Products arrived on time wrapped in black tissue, my only feedback would be to see if it was possible to use something other than polystyrene chips in the outer box for protection. These are a bit of an issue to dispose of as they cannot be recycled.
