The process of buying on the website is straightforward and simple. It is helpful to be kept up to date with the dispatch process although the wording is a little strange ie 'status change'. It could just say 'your order has been dispatched '.
I'm as always very happy with the product and do appreciate the free gift which comes when I buy on line .
