I am a first time user of products. I live out of London so can only buy online and wanted to try as often in magazines winning awards. The products arrived so quickly it was great. I am loving using them and believe they really do make a difference. I use the overnight facial and anti-age serum when I want a boost and the impact is immediate - love it. I also got the instant miracle mask which I used before a couple of parties - all a bit messy but worth it as noticeable refresher of skin. I also got the 3D intensive mask - the impact was less noticeable but perhaps I am not using correctly. Overall, love the products and will definitely reorder - when I have saved up!
