When the voucher I had ordered for my mother's Christmas present arrived, I was rather excited and being a student £140 was a rather substantial present to give but I wanted to say a big thank you to my mother for helping me get through a very tough year. When I opened the voucher I was disappointed to find a voucher that was written in bad handwriting and did not look in the least bit as professional as I had expected. I have purchased vouchers before, usually from between £20 and £50 and they have always made great presents and looked professional. I wrote an email to your company explaining that I was displeased with the voucher and I felt listened to. The man with whom I corresponded with had gone to some trouble to find a solution which I was very pleased with. However, when this package arrived, it was a gift set, a lovely gift set, but there was no replacement voucher. This is all I really wanted, a replacement voucher that was professional and looked special. I don't want to sound ungrateful but after having received the package I was again rather disappointed, feeling that I hadn't been listened to at all. My mother is looking forward to coming to Sarah Chapman and having her facial and I am sure that she will love it, but it did cause me a lot of stress and disappointment.
