I had several questions during my purchasing phase. Customer Service got back to me right away. Then when I made my purchase, I made a mistake and Customer Service caught it and reached out to me to question whether I intended on the mistake. Again, another example of exceptional Customer Service. I would say other companies need to take their lead from Sarah Haran's company and service. On top of this, the bags received are beautiful and they put great touches with complimentary accessaries. Thank You!
