Placed my order on September 21 and received two (2) boxes on September 28. It took 7 days to receive my order. It takes 3-4 days for all of my other online purchases. The boxes were partly opened when I received them. The packaging of the bottled items were great, they were bubble wrapped. On the other hand, one (1) of the two (2) Sunflower Crackers are all broken up in small pieces. Additionally, the 13.5 inches kawali is light, not heavy as I thought. I’m very frustrated about the label that they put in the middle of the kawali. The same with the 21 inches kawali. I’ve been trying to remove the label on both kawalis for 2 days, since yesterday when I received them. Also, the 21 inches kawali have nicks on it inside. The rest of the items were received in good condition.
